The wildlife in the center of the city, near the US Capitol, can sometimes be extra friendly. This little one was extra curious which works for a photographer any day. Not sure if this squirrel thought that I had food or was it just happy to see the reflection in the camera lens.

Somewhere in Louisiana there is a place which the oldest trees around that are covered with grass, moss and leaves. The landscape looks dreamy, like the entire nature is a big sponge.
